Tracker: #3013

  • Docker image runs on a NAS: saves on a /data volume, production deps only, non-root, health check; compose file builds and runs it

Verified (task #3013): compose build OK (292 MB), container healthy, GET / 200, lobby hello over /ws, runs as uid 1000, compose stop writes /data/hall.json and exits in 0.35 s, restart clean.
