Flutter 3.47.4's AnalysisOptionsMigration adds this block on every
`flutter pub get`, `flutter test` and `flutter analyze`; committing it
keeps the checkout clean after those commands. build/ holds no Dart
source, so no analysis result changes.

GlyphsSymbols carries the 92 Material Symbols Rounded glyphs named in
tool/symbols.txt, from the upstream variable font's default instance:
FILL 0, GRAD 0, opsz 24, wght 400 (Version 2.972, google/material-design-icons
bd8cb85, SHA-256 c2182b6337495e64cc9e2311c52522567ac277d25a842bd027f9c9e3a5cc6d86).
tool/extract_symbols.py pins those axes with fontTools' instancer and writes
assets/svgs/symbols/<name>.svg, a y-down outline in viewBox 0 0 960 960.

The symbols style is appended after custom. build_font.py builds it in the
upstream 960-unit em and writes each glyph's outline xMin as its left side
bearing, so its advances, bearings, bounding boxes and inked outlines equal
upstream's. measure_offsets.dart does not measure it, so it gets no centering
shift. Every existing font, offsets.json and glyph_offsets.g.dart is
byte-identical; codepoints.json, metadata.json and glyphs.g.dart only gain
the symbols section.

test/symbols_bearing_test.dart draws arrow_back_ios_new with Icon at 24 pt
and its SVG outline in the same box, and requires their ink boxes to agree
within 1 px at 3x; a zero bearing or an MEC centering shift fails it.

NOTICE.md and LICENSE carry the Apache-2.0 attribution for the symbols
artwork and scope the CC BY 4.0 grant to the Font Awesome files; README and
CHANGELOG describe the family.
