GlyphsSymbols carries the Material Symbols Rounded glyphs banlu's rich-text menus draw: content_paste, text_format, format_bold, format_italic, format_underlined, strikethrough_s, code, link_off, ink_eraser. They are added to tool/symbols.txt and regenerated with tool/extract_symbols.py and tool/build_font.dart from Material Symbols Rounded 2.972; the 93 existing glyphs keep their outlines, advances and bearings (their code points reassign, as on the previous addition; consumers read members by name).

Lands with banlu's sweep pass 68 (#2572).

Gates at the head (Cody, streams 5325 and 5329): flutter analyze clean; tests +3; the tools regenerate every artifact byte-identical; the ink_eraser regression fails at 4ebca321.

symbols: add the format and edit Material Symbols Banlu's rich-text menus draw 3666a76f9a

tool/symbols.txt gains content_paste, text_format, format_bold, format_italic,
format_underlined, strikethrough_s, code, link_off and ink_eraser: the glyphs
Banlu's rich-text spec draws in its composer's right-click menu (Paste, Format)
and its Format menu (Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Monospace, Remove
link, Clear). tool/extract_symbols.py extracts them from the pinned Material
Symbols Rounded 2.972 and tool/build_font.dart builds them at the upstream
placement: each new glyph's advance (960) and left side bearing equal the
upstream default instance's, and its bounds agree with them within one unit.

The 93 existing symbols SVGs re-extract byte-identical, and every existing
glyph keeps its outline, advance and left side bearing. Growing the family
from 93 to 102 glyphs reassigns its code points in codepoints.json,
metadata.json and glyphs.g.dart. The other five fonts, offsets.json and
glyph_offsets.g.dart are byte-identical.

symbols_bearing_test draws GlyphsSymbols.ink_eraser beside its outline, as it
draws arrow_back_ios_new, through one helper.
