Builds on #1 (docker-nas); merge that first — until then this PR also shows its commit.

• Forgejo workflow publishes the server image to git.swipelab.com; compose pulls it

.forgejo/workflows/image.yml runs on push to main and on dispatch (runs-on: docker, node:22-bookworm + static docker CLI, as in sx/sx), tags git.swipelab.com/agra/mini-alert:latest and the short sha, and pushes with the repo secret REGISTRY_TOKEN (set). compose.yaml now names that image, so a NAS can docker compose pull && docker compose up -d; build: . still builds locally.

Docker image runs on a NAS: saves on a /data volume, production deps only, non-root, health check; compose file builds and runs it ... 2a7def93a8

tsx and ws are runtime dependencies of the server.
